Peacefully at home on Wednesday May 18, 2022.  Charlie, beloved husband of Jeane, was in his 86th year.
Dear father of Robert (Teresa), Eldon (Wanda), and Florence (Ian).
Proud grandfather of Bonnie (Sheldon), Jessie, Charlie, Lewis (Amanda) and Layne.
Great grandfather of Alastor and Elowen.
Survived by brother Earl (Nancy).
Charlie will be remembered for his many activities; logging in Algonquin Park, volunteerism, including serving on Magnetawan Municipal Council, being a farmer and sawmill operator, and a great outdoorsman.

A celebration of Charlie's life will be conducted Sunday May 29, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm at the Magnetawan Community Centre,
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls.
