MR. CALVIN FERGUSON of Katrine Peacefully at Royal Victoria Health Centre in Barrie on Tuesday July 12, 2016. Mr. Calvin Ferguson, beloved husband of Ethel (nee Franklin) was in his 83rd year. Dear father of Cathy Rodgers (Rick) and Lloyd Ferguson. Proud grandfather of Kendra (Jeremy) and Kyle (Danika) and great grandfather of Ryett. Calvin is predeceased by his siblings; Doreen Tysick, Eva Fair, Bobby Ferguson and will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Saturday July 16, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday July 17, 2016 from 10 until 11 a.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Ferguson will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday July 17, 2016 with Revered Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment in Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
