MRS. ANNA MARIA "MIA" VANGROOTEL Of Katrine Suddenly at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Thursday January 21st, 2010. Mrs. Mia VanGrootel was in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Bill VanGrootel. Dear mother of Jim (Cheryl) and Trudy. Cherished grandmother of Jamie, Samantha, Brittany, Lanie and Zachery. Great grandmother of Hayden, Angelina and Savannah. Mia is survived by her brother Harry Slaats of Holland. The family will receive visitors at the Katrine Community Centre on Friday January 29, 2010 from 1 to 4 p.m. for a time of fellowship and refreshment. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
