MRS. ANNA JENKINS Of Powassan and formerly of Sundridge Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Tuesday January 10, 2012 in her 105th year. Anna Jenkins (nee Crozier), beloved wife of the late Isaac Jenkins. Dear mother of Mary Schmidt (John) of Powassan, Murray Jenkins of Edmonton, Joe Jenkins (Helen) of North Bay and Sheila Hicks (Peter) of Wahnapitae. Loving grandmother of Peggy, Kathy, Murray, Joanne, Deborah, Christine, Tammy, Shawn, Tracy, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary Crozier, all of her siblings, one grandchild and two great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Friday January 13, 2012 from 2-4 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Anna Jenkins will be conducted at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Sundridge on Saturday January 14, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Spring interment at the Strong Cemetery in Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to Eastholme would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
