ANDREA HANSEN JORGENSEN of Doe Lake Suddenly at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday December 3, 2014. Andrea Hansen Jorgensen, beloved wife and best friend of the late Ken Jorgensen, was in her 77th year. Dear mother of Laurie Loucas (John) of Lindsay. Loving sister of Peter Hansen (Wendy) of Fort Erie and Florence Hansen Jucker (Walter) of Kitchener. Andrea will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives, dear friends and especially by Debra Jones (Doug Pawis). Andrea, an accomplished and renowned musician, founder of Strings Across The Sky, a former member of the Montreal Symphony, a retired member of the Toronto Symphony, a Member of the Order of Canada and Member of the Order of Ontario, she touched many lives through her music and selfless dedication. May her memory live on as she plays in heaven. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Friday December 12, 2014 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday December 13, 2014 from 11 a.m. until the time of service. A service to celebrate the life of Andrea Hansen Jorgensen will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday December 13, 2014.
