MRS. ALICE RUSSELL (nee Castell) of South River and formerly of Burk's Falls At the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Saturday July 20, 2013. Mrs. Alice Russell, beloved wife of the late Albert Russell, was in her 87th year. Beloved mother of Bill, Ron (Darlene), Tom (Joanne), Rick (Linda) and the late Helen Russell. Proud grandmother of Kirby, Sherry, Rebecca, Heather, Kelsey, Erin, Irwin, Carol, Ronda, Dawn, Jesse and the late Jennifer. Great grandmother of 11 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Dick, Ann, Mary, Allan and Cathy. Alice will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday July 23, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Russell will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 24, 2013 with Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment in Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family
