MRS. ALICE EDNA HUBBERT Of Sundridge Suddenly at her residence in Sundridge on Wednesday August 12, 2009 in her 86th year. Alice Hubbert (nee Hornibrook), beloved wife of the late Harold Hubbert. Dear mother of Barbara Jaques (Gord), Betty Guagliano (Joe), Barry Hubbert (Jan) and Bill Hubbert (Lori). Loving grandmother of Will Jaques (Carmen), Hal and Bonnie Jaques, Joey Guagliano, Anthony Guagliano (Francesca), Ryan, Robyn, Scott, Shannon, Mary Jane, Beth and Sarah Hubbert and great grandmother of Kyle, Nicholas and Ava Guagliano and Angus Jaques. Cherished sister of Donna Kemp (late Neil). Predeceased by sisters Doris, Stella, Beatrice, Jeannie, Paddy and grandchildren Alana Guagliano, Allyson and Andrea Jaques. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins and her many friends in the area. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Sunday August 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Alice Hubbert will be conducted at the Zion United Church, Sundridge on Monday August 17, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Lori Campbell officiating.
