ALBERT JOSEPH OPATOVSKY Peacefully in his sleep at his residence on Saturday, December 13, 2014 in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Margaret Opatovsky (nee Kennedy). Dear father of Albert James and Keith (Teresa). Cherished "My Grandpa" of A.J. Loving brother of Fran Fretz, Winn (Maureen), James (Toni), John (Eun Young), David (Barb). Fondly remembered by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends. All who knew Albert were favoured with his big-hearted, generous spirit. He was a tireless supporter and fearless advocate for family, friends, children and all who he loved; and he loved many. The Opatovsky family will receive visitors at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME 135 Clarence St. Port Colborne on Thursday December 18, 2014 from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. and at the Crystal Ridge Community Centre, 99 Ridge Road South, Crystal Beach on Friday December 19, 2014 from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate the life of the late Albert Opatovsky will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Joy Kennedy officiating. Cremation will follow. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to an educational trust fund for Albert's grandson, Albert Joshua Opatovsky.
